xbaii Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

📜1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xbaii ("the Platform") governing your use of the xbaii website, mobile platform, gaming services, and any related features or content made available by xbaii. By registering an account with xbaii, accessing the xbaii Login page, or using any xbaii service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of xbaii regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any xbaii service. xbaii reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of xbaii following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an xbaii account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. xbaii may require you to provide proof of age at any point during your account's lifetime, and xbaii reserves the right to suspend any account where proof of age cannot be confirmed.
• 2.2You must provide accurate and truthful personal information when registering your xbaii account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• 2.3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of xbaii is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• 2.4You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of xbaii or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.

👤3. Account Registration

The following rules govern the creation, security, and management of your xbaii account.

• 3.1Each player is permitted to hold one xbaii account only. Opening, operating, or accessing more than one account — including under a different name or mobile number — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• 3.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbaii Login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• 3.3xbaii may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point, including before processing a withdrawal request or when account activity triggers a review. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and may include a live selfie verification.
• 3.4xbaii reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure, xbaii will attempt to notify you via your registered mobile number. Any remaining balance in an account closed for inactivity will be handled in accordance with xbaii's dormant account policy in effect at the time of closure.
• 3.5If you believe that any person has gained unauthorised access to your xbaii account, you must notify xbaii's customer support team immediately. xbaii will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to promptly report the breach or where the breach resulted from your own negligence in securing your login credentials.

💸4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions made through your xbaii account, including deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and withdrawal requests.

• 4.1xbaii does not accept deposits made from payment instruments belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits traced to third-party payment instruments will be returned and the associated account will be reviewed.
• 4.2xbaii reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.
• 4.3xbaii does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, the mobile money provider itself may apply transaction charges on their end; xbaii is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
• 4.4xbaii may impose temporary holds on withdrawals if account activity is under review for compliance, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes. You will be notified via your registered mobile number if a hold is applied to your account. xbaii aims to resolve all review holds within five (5) business days.

🎁5. Bonuses & Promotions

xbaii offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all xbaii bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

• 5.1All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms presented to you at the time the bonus is offered.
• 5.2Bonuses are credited to your xbaii account in a separate bonus wallet. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately. Winnings generated from bonus funds remain in the bonus wallet until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, at which point they are transferred to your real-money balance and become withdrawable.
• 5.3Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated multi-account activity, hedge betting, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent — will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• 5.4xbaii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to player accounts, which will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• 5.5Seasonal promotional bonuses tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, or IPL are subject to their own specific promotional terms and expiry dates, which will be published alongside each promotion. General bonus terms apply where no specific term is stated.

🎰6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games, sports bets, and wagering activities conducted through xbaii.

• 6.1All games available on xbaii are provided by certified third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) whose random number generation systems are independently audited for fairness. xbaii does not develop or modify game software.
• 6.2Once a bet or wager has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. xbaii is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player placing a bet that was not their intention due to a device error, misclick, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• 6.3In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that interrupts a gaming session, xbaii will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-malfunction state. If this is not possible, the affected bet(s) will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's account balance.
• 6.4For live sports betting, xbaii displays odds at the time of bet placement. Odds on live in-play markets may fluctuate rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed at a particular set of odds, those odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements. xbaii reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error due to a data feed failure or incorrect odds publication.

xbaii is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following provisions govern xbaii's responsible gaming obligations and the tools available to players.

• 7.1xbaii provides deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options within every player account. These tools are accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with xbaii support.
• 7.2Self-exclusion requests submitted through your xbaii account settings will take effect within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to xbaii, and xbaii will not send you any promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods of six months or longer cannot be reversed before the exclusion period has elapsed.
• 7.3xbaii staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact a player if account data suggests that gaming activity is causing harm. xbaii may apply protective account restrictions without player request where there is a reasonable concern for player welfare.
• 7.4xbaii strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. If xbaii discovers that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions frozen, and all gameplay activity during the underage period will be voided. Any deposits made to the account by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment instrument after verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbaii. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• 8.1Attempting to launder money, finance terrorist activities, or use xbaii for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws or financial crime regulations. xbaii is required to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with any investigation by relevant authorities.
• 8.2Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated tool to interact with xbaii games, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or over xbaii. This includes the use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or xbaii's fraud prevention systems.
• 8.3Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games. Collusion includes but is not limited to sharing hole card information in poker variants, coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures, or communicating during live game play in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• 8.4Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to xbaii at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, or support interactions. Fraudulent misrepresentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• 8.5Using xbaii's platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair xbaii's servers, infrastructure, or the gaming experience of other players. This includes any form of denial-of-service attack, data scraping, or unauthorised access attempts against xbaii's systems.

🔐9. Account Suspension & Termination

xbaii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the circumstances described below.

• 9.1xbaii may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used for prohibited activities, if the player has breached any provision of these Terms, if a player is found to be under the minimum age of 21, or if xbaii is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• 9.2A player may voluntarily close their xbaii account at any time by contacting xbaii customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.
• 9.3Where an account is closed by xbaii due to breach of these Terms or prohibited activity, xbaii reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any balance that is confirmed as legitimately earned through fair gameplay and is unrelated to the breach may be returned at xbaii's discretion following completion of the investigation.

⚖️10. Limitation of Liability

The following limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

• 10.1xbaii's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of xbaii shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their xbaii account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• 10.2xbaii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of xbaii, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if xbaii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 10.3xbaii shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond xbaii's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, network outages, payment provider failures, or cyberattacks.

🔒11. Privacy & Data

xbaii collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an xbaii account, you consent to xbaii's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at xbaii.org/privacy-policy and should be read alongside these Terms. xbaii uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and xbaii's servers. xbaii will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

✏️12. Amendments to These Terms

xbaii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xbaii will notify registered players via the mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the xbaii platform upon next login. The revised Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of xbaii after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and xbaii arising from your use of the platform, xbaii encourages you to contact the customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. xbaii aims to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a written complaint submitted to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to a formal dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable law. The language of all dispute communications shall be English.
